Bubble 41_COco Starts to trust me....

It is tiring when constantly everyday i need to catch COCO....

It was when Rocky got near her, and I was stunt when i actually heard Coco's voice......... Later,I started to Google ........'Why my rabbit runs away when i tried to get near her?'....and guess the answer that i got....... 'Your Rabbit HATES you.....'..

OOOooohhh that's painful...heem...and it is almost 2 months now...she's here....Thus,i tried a few strategy from my internet readings...:by trying to give her treats while you holding it in your hands, and slowly she will come near you.....

Yey!!! I've succeeded..i tried with carrot.... Coco starts to trust me....i pet her head while giving her eating the treats....The best part is i heard her voice again.....she was not squicking but more like mumbling....;)

I always thought that rabbits are MUTE....it's proven that i was wrong..!!!!

I always travel from my hometown in Klang, Selangor... to my work place in Seri Iskandar, Perak...I would be traveling for 215km approximate according to my odometer...and it will cost me RM 30 for my petrol....this is not the real issue....

Actually...........I always imagine...what will happen to me if i die in a car accident while i'm traveling?.. what will happen to my family..? especially my parents ..my siblings...the people around me...my rabbits...all my loves one...WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I DIE?...

I always thinking that maybe I'm gonna die that day....While driving .... if i sees a Muslim cemetery... i insyaallah send my doa to them...because one day i will be like one of them too..

The material richness that we earn in this world will stays here and not following till the end.It's only ibadah richness that will be with us forever... I preach to Allah...that i just want to be GOOD to others....its enough...and i want my death to end with Kalimah Shahadah

One month ago...my friend's mother died in a car accident... She was really pleasant when we visited her on Hari Raya Aidilfitri.....She smiled with all her might to welcome us and celebrate Raya joyfully...The sudden news that i got one morning makes me feel a big loss.... I still remember her face before burial....which was the same as her face that we met during Hari Raya.... I hope i will be like that when i die.... Insyaallah....

Another case....is about my uncle...PAk Long... he already died a few years ago.... My uncle i can say a bit weird...(because he likes to talk to himself...sorry Maklong)...and i thought he did not have a lot of friends... But Masyaallah....when he died...there were a lot of friends and relatives that visited him before his burial ceremony....Since then i was wrong about my uncle.... he must have done a good deed before....I hope i will have alot of friends to visit me when i die....Insyaallah....

There is another shocking news....that i received last night...i was attending MERCY's 11th year dinner...i was told that En Yaacob... my lecturer in UiTM shah alam.... died around 4.oo o'clock in his orchard...He was brought home...to his house in Taman Sri Andalas...Oops that my hometown too....Is it a coincidence because i'm in Klang....not in Seri Iskandar...this weekend? It is God that set all these, and gave him a visit ...So i visited him...last night...after dinner...and i got home 1.oo o 'clock in the morning.... Even though it was 1.oo in the morning there still people preach quran for his peace.... Wow....he still have friends & relatives to do that for him even though it's 1.oo in the morning.....He must have done a good deed to others too i guess..... I really hope i will have that when i die.... Insyaallah.....

SABAR is another key....for better life...i once heard in drama that, "Do not sigh....if you sigh that means your IMAN is gone...because Sabar is half of your IMAN..."

I got a package posted to my office a few month ago.......

Is it hard to know what is my gender with my name.....I myself got confuse...

Encik Iznny Ismail.....'Encik' is the initial for calling Mister or Mr.....Is my name not feminine enough...Sometimes i do not blame people.. they just do not know unless we inform them....

As a muslim we have our ways to inform people our gender....

Binti is actually informing people that i'm Mr. Ismail's daughter.... If i'm his son.., it should be Iznny bin Ismail.....We put these in between our name and our father's... To make it simpler:

binti = usage for a girl/woman
bin = usage for a boy/man

Well , this is a lesson learn....... next time I'll write my name clearly as

Who are they.... well presenting the macho rabbits ....

Rocky -1 February 2010 (1 month old)

Coco -18 September 2010 (2 months old)

What do we call them:
Male Rabbit = Buck
Female Rabbit = Doe

In order to take commitment to have rabbit as my pet, there are a few question that need to be answered:

Why do I really need a rabbit? it's because i don't want a cat or birds or fish...heem....
Am I Ready to have a rabbit? Yes ,i am .My house that i rent right now has a big lawn, and i can consider my time.....
Am I willing to alter my lifestyle? Well the answer is i have tooooo....
Am I Ready for emotional commitment? hahha.....for those who wanted to have rabbit think deep about this... i did not think about it when i had my decision to have a rabbit...Be ready of their changing behaviour from baby-adolescent-adult, such as urinate everywhere...bite you and cut your finger....Just try to understand them day by day...it's tiring process but its fun...

Early this year it was ROCKY & ROXXY......

Roxxy died..no chance to match mate them. ;(

Rocky was all alone for few months and thinking i'm his mate due to the fact that he urinate on me more then 5 times...how am i going to cope with that....i just can't

One day i went to the vet to check on his health. The vet said i need to find a mate for him in order for him to live longer...

Wow...ok...well...heem....i tried to match mate

On that day it self i bought a female rabbit 2months old....and name her Coco represent her coat.

Never let your rabbit without a mate...this is what happened....Rocky is peeping......

At first i was traumatize with Rocky's behavior towards the females in the pet shop..Well i guess i'm the causal of shameful action of directly trying to mate with the Does one by one.i think it's because he lived alone for few months...

I was worried on how to train Coco ..due to Rocky's action in the pet shop.... At first i put Coco in the fence..Rocky was peeping. I was scared that Rocky will make her traumatize too..she was only 2 months old.... Actually there is no worries when one day i left Rocky and Coco on the lawn together (without fence).... it was wonderful.. no need highly supervision...They were leaping , jumping, eating together... I need not to worry... because in order for me to find Coco...i just need to find Rocky....It's normal for a buck to tail a doe.....Rocky just act as a brother...so less training from me because Rocky already took my job...

'They said it's like Hindustan'

Eventually today i tried to put both of them in a cage...well this is the best opportunity for Rocky to mate to Coco..rocky was chasing her in the cage....errrr...all the food drop out the water splatter all around....So i decided they still need to be seperated... and COco is just 3 months old....Wait till she's ready....

When both of them on the lawn..Coco is the one that took charge..... she bullied Rocky...by making him chasing her all around the lawn.... When Rocky got near... she went off...When Rocky try to take a chance...she leap away....hhaha....go girl... That is why they said i'ts like Hindustan.....the chasing action in motion.....

Great diet

To have healthy rabbits.... take good care of their food and exercise....I always let them on the lawn in the morning before i went off to work and once more in the evening.

Not to much on pallet...they can get obese by it..serve some hay....for them..hay is good for their chewing activity...healthy teeth..just beware...because of too healthy teeth, Rocky bite me a few times...and causing my finger to bleed..You can serve alfalfa hay....and timothy hay.
Alfalfa hay is good for age 2-6 months old because it has high in protein..Futher more.... i serve timothy hay for Rocky to lessen the protein intake....

Fresh food is essential...i always give them 1 carrot a day....When Rocky was 3 months old, i kept serving him water convulvulus (kangkung) because he could not chew hard. Because of that, his urine was red in colour... I was so worried and brought him to the vet....before that i did my research through book and internet....that the discolouration of his urine maybe due to to much of beta carotene...Rabbit's does not have a kind of filter system in their body... So for vegetables that have high beta carotene has the tendency to make your rabbits urine red in colour.... It's normal.....

I'm the one that really exercising like hell.......In order to make Coco exercise....is actually Coco that making me exercise . I need to chase her all around the lawn, under the car....in between the wood blocks....just to bring her to the cage..... :)

Bubble 35-Curb story

Early this morning went for shopping at Green town Mall at Ipoh....well i was kind of embarrassing moment plus...proud to be Malaysian as well.

This morning i entered Green Town Mall's parking area.... and as I turn left, I did not see the curb while entering...Thus my car hit the curb and my tire stuck ... So within a few seconds..all the witnessed came to help...the best part was.. there were Indians, Chinese, and Malays....heem...1 Malaysia i guess... and all together were 7 men trying to help without any delay.....

Apart form the ups and downs of political scenario in Perak, i thought there was no unity anymore since all races become so selfish after the 2008 Election...with all the sensitive issues of all races ....Well from this experience it changes my perception of the races again...

We still can live together....and help each other without being so skeptical about it...

Try to remember my experience today....actually this kind of story already happened to me one year ago which i describe in my previous post : Bubble 29.. There was a Myvi stuck at curb in Ampang... It happened in front of my eyes and i did not help....well...GOD give me 'cash' out of my behavior...now i know the feeling to be in that situation....

Thank you to all of them that had help me....thank you so much......they are angels...Alhamdulillah...

Lesson learn ....do not design CURB to NARROW...the drivers can't really see.

Bubble 34- I cried when i heard this

11 April 2010, Alor Setar, Kedah.

Is’nt it sad that when someone wanted to save the relationship that has been built for 8 years, already giving all the chances and opportunities of every same episodes of scandals built by her before. He got the reason of ‘just to distract from being lonely?’ How irony is that.

When someone just flew 1000km away just to get you. Swiped RM 700++ for flight ticket just to meet you. Waited for 3 hours in front of your apartment with lonely area just to see you . Not taken lunch yet but its already 1230pm. Checking with the guard’s car record and felt heart breaking with the details already.

What he gets from all the long journey. From all the suffercation of three days old break up. Feeling blank, feeling lonely, feeling wasteful and feeling rejected. Suddenly thinking of killing people, or maybe kill himself, or just need to be human but suffers with the deepest wound even a doctor cannot save it.

“What do you want?” That was the first question came and already stabed him to the deepest of his heart. Waited for so long with the ‘longest’ journey ever..and witnesed his gilfriend came home with another guy. OMG... busted!

The relationship is over when she just noded with the question “Do you want a break up?” and yet she was the one that cried not the guy who just been dumped. She denied everything..like nothing happened..

He went back sulking depressed .Knowing that the relationship is already to the end and added with one more freaking news.That she went to Singapore not ALONE!

Bubble 33-Izddy's accident is a miracle

The accident of my brother happened last Friday 2n April 2010....at ELITE USJ...i did not know about it till i'm back home late 1200 midnight....from mama...which the accident occurred before Friday prayers

Tragic and magical too....

My brother drives with his speed limit....110km/h on the 1st lane...suddenly the trailer's tire exploded..which was on the 3rd lane of the high way....

So here it is....

Alhamdulillah...my brother is only hurt with dislocated spine (2nd bone or something like that) and in between his ulna and radius...add up wit bruised eye....

Bubble 29-I FOUND an angel in PARIS

Its been a while .................

Introduction
Yesterday 12th August 2009 i was in Kuala Lumpur.... Having a meeting with one of our client regarding one of my firm's project...Well on the way returning home, the T- junction at Ampang below MRR2 broke out and i was caught in the middle of the road....

there was an impatient Myvi .... rather than driving straight.... she tried to take a turn to the left of the junction.....accidentally... her car was on the road bump... i was behind her car.. taking a selfish step not to help was my truthful choice...

Besides, i was sick and HOW AM I GOING TO LIFT UP THE CAR FROM THE BUMP?
Below was my only picture that i could get......

I pity her but i cant help.... well Malaysian are good citizen though.... surprisingly there were a few men tried to help ...

One of them was a policeman....and his name is PAUL..... (i glanced at his badge)....he tried hard with a few more people t o LIFT UP THE CAR .... wow very strong....and it happened with the help of a few PEOPLE ....NOW i do really think that i'm SELFISH.....hahah.

I've been in that woman's shoe before... how panic and how i really need help at that time

With my long introduction.... i remembered that i also found a savior in PARIS....or should i called an ANGEL

INTERMISSION
The angle is MICHELLE ....and it goes like this..........

I was on my architectural trip few years ago.....that very day we were in PARIS and ambitiously to be on top of EIFFEL tower....well not our luck... we took the wrong entry leg of the Eiffel Tower....WE TOOK THE STAIRS...to the first level.... ohhh wow we climbed the stairs....

Up an up to the third level....but we used lift from 2nd to final level

this is where it started.............I felt my knee pain...

So decided to go down with lift.... not stairs anymore...

I cant stand it.... PAINFUL

i relax at the park below with my boyfriend...and after finish our prayers ... i stunt and cried..... how am i going to get through the trip... we are still in the middle of the trip.... we have like 10 days more....with my knee pain... i was very negative.... why musnt i, i could not move...

We decided to go back to our hostel... and called our lecturers about not going to the 'Louvres' for our final meeting with the whole pack...

My boyfriend gave his shoulder for me to guide me to walk....but i still was hopping on my right leg....with a very very very painful left knee (i think i walked to much)...

I was crying like hell along the way.. only god knows how i felt......then suddenly.... there this one guy came to us and offering to help.....

well ya we were very delighted.... BUT HE CANT SPEAK ENGLISH.......... and NEITHER OF US CAN SPEAK FRENCH..... great... is like a duck talking to a bird......but ...........he really wanted to help....

he tried to bring us to the hospital.......i said no.... .....we do not have enough money.....with hand gestures....he was upset with us....
You want to know what he did................he gave us 15 Euros.....and i was stunt with tears falling onto my chick...without me noticing......i was very very shock and impressed..with him....
at that time i praised to God that how merciful HE is....syukur...Allah is great......
Actually we were a bit prejudice with the Europeans which hated ISLAM due to the 9/11 tragedy... and when it comes to this ....this MAN still helped us, even though he knew that we are MUSLIMs (i wore a scarf)
NExt... we tried to reject his offer... but he insist.....
He wanted to bring us to the Pharmacy... well that is the only word that i understand i guess.... 'PHARMACIE'...but at that time the clock shows nearly to 6.oo pm and nearly all shops were closing including the pharmacies....and besides... with the condition of my knee pain , i cant walk fast to rush....
He asked us to follow him ...at first we were scared..(he might do anything to me.. due to the fact that i cant protect myself with a knee pain)...We took a chance and follow.... He wanted to bring us to the pharmacy that he had in his mind...and...it was not our luck...all of them already closed....
So we did not find any pharmacy... he offered us to eat.....he wanted to bring us to the nearest restaurant but we... rejected... we are scared of the non halal food actually....
Lastly.... he asked us to go somewhere in French.... something like " garand de Leon" i guess....
surely we were puzzled.....we asked him to write it out....and he spelled his name with his phone number.... which he asked us to contact him if we have problems later on...finally he sent us to one of the train terminal ....

We just went straight to the hostel... ignoring Michelle's note.....

Do you want to know what Michelle wrote? well, the next morning we went to the nearest pharmacy....and asked that pharmacist to translate for us.... and she said the note asked us to...........

'go to the 24 hrs pharmacy with the train no 1'

that is not just yet..we bought the medicine for my knee for only 4 Euros...so the balance of 11 Euros?

Conclusion

Thank you Allah.....i found an Angel in PARIS.... and WE hope to see him again one day...

The 4 solutions below just for breaking ideas on how to solve or reduce the flood disaster.... BEFORE construction

the fact is...
the school has been built... not much on the school that we can change...

why not try to solve with biopore absorption hole

use the organic compose material like leaves.. and compose it near the river bed... dried leaves can be collected from school garden and then compose it. Maybe not only the school can use this method but everybody.... especially for houses that are vulnerable to flood disaster... They can collect organic compose material from their gardens too.

1. The scenario of politics in malaysia nowdays, not a good sign for a prosper country.

To read the history text book of Form 3 while in secondary school made me realized how wonderful malaysia is.... From the history text book we learnt how Malaysia is formed... Since small we learnt to unite... to be a prosper malaysian....We respect others' religion...

There were once while I'm in a Klang's Public Library ,discussing thoughts of religion with my chinese good friend... My friend is a buddist and i'm a muslim...It was 1994(we were 10 years old). My knowledge about Islam may not much... but we discussed a lot. We did not attack each other about whose religion was right....it was only for brodening our knowledge purposes.But still alhamdulillah it did not leveled down my faith towards islam...This is not the section for me to preach about my religion... but what am i potraying right now is how we.... from different races can respect each other.

2.Politics... it is not only about govenment but politics exist around us...

To remember how Malaysia began....That starts from the history of Malacca... Obviously politics is already involved by Parameswara that had leadership in him and to gain authority or power to his people...

For example the office politics... or ... school clubs politics.... or family politics... people like to be notice... to be important.... to have power....and for having all that..... to have money....

Sometimes people need to live with politics... if not they cannot survive.. How is that ....???... Street Hawkers need to be in clubs to voice up their needs to the local authority... or to make it simpler... School leadears need to manage the students dicipline in school... and amaze the teachers by their leadership... if not they are just normal people and not going to be called leaders....

3. The politics has the tendency to attack the professional (architects to be specific)...

Politics that practice by the politicians can effect the professionals roles and responsibility.... For example ..projects need to be hold up because it was approved by the previous govenment... and after the a new govenment take part everything change.... where do the previous plans go?

People are the victim here...not the polititions...Due to that.... To survive they need to involve in politics... This is where the politics-disease comes in....people bribe to get projects...all the fradulent happen in front of our eyes... All the cronies evolve...nepotism exist.... How can other people survive?...

Solution

Politics are not a disease.... it is part of our life symbiosis.... but politics will be a disease and get dirty when there is to much of bureaucracy....to much of corruption.... that begin from greedy people that gain power and authourity towards others... from people that given a post that is not qualified and full of dishonesty ....AND politics-diseases have the tendency to attack everybody...

*Remember we cannot erase all these politic-diseases evolve out of these crap people ...but we can scrap all the diseases from the crap people by not starting to be any of these craps.

a vacation ...no .. actually a university trip.... giving a wistful news.....

the wave was not big.. maybe the current made him drowned.i was shocked to hear the news from my boyfriend that having his short course in Terengganu. He said he wanted to go for a swim at the beach but there was an accident, happened to be a boy drowned in the sea . The news made me shiver due to the fact that the university is just 5 KM away from my house... and made me recall during the days when i were in UTP as a first year student...

The community is just small and very close to each other... by tommorrow the whole university should know about this inccident... i know, coz ive been in the community before...

What about the parents that hear about the shocking news... How would they react.... what should they do... the interruptance from the breaking news...

friends that were there... what they felt right now.. they try to help but cant...they did not want this to happened either... no one does... Once again the beautiful beach turns to nightmares....

Ohhh. Ya ALLAH the body of the boy is not found yet till now 813pm, 22nd march 2009...please ALLAH save this boy!!! Please...

Hope from this wistful news make us all think that life and death is god's will... Everything that happen is full with wisdom... be modest to life and everything that arounds you....

Nothing much of architecture it's just human kind matters... Lets us all praise to ALLAH that the boy still alive... BUT IF NOT..... let us all gives al fatihah ..... for him.... InsyaAllah...

IT has been a busy week for me. my firm just got a project and after two weeks, the client already wants to TENDER the project. .. BUSY week... usually i will cook at home ... but this week i am to exhausted to do so... So i have thought of an idea of how to cook food while still busy..

Below are a series of picture of making BERGEDIL (meat and potato ball). Bergedil is nutritional because it has almost all the nutrients.

Potato- Carbohydrate
Meat - protein and vitamin
Egg - protein
Onions - vitamin
Chinese celery(daun sup/saderi) - vitamin and iron
scallions (daun bawang) -vitamin

So.... lets start....

WELCOME TO MY HUMBLE KITCHEN

prepare all ingredients on the worktop

INGREDIENTS

1. Sliced potato

2. Onions .... you need to slice it

3. minced beef or you can use normal beef and chop it

4. Choped Chinese celery and scallions

5. Some pepper , sugar and salt

LETS COOK BERGEDIL

heat up the pan

heat cooking oil for frying

Fry potato

Fried Potato

then fry sliced onions

Fried onion rings

Take out some oil from the pan
and fry the minced beef

Fried beef

after frying.... put all the ingredients in a bowl.....potato, beef, onions, chinese cellery, scallions...

mixed it together and mash all the potato..add sugar, salt...and pepper...

then, make it into balls like this.....

later.... roll back the bergedil balls in white egg..
(can use the egg's yolk ...but there will be excessive of oil after frying it back)

Fry the bergedil again and this is the result....yummy!!!!

INTERMISSION

i cant finish it all alone.... so for future USAGE... i pack the bergedil that is not fried yet....

and put it in the fridge....So for the next day ...i fry the packed bergedil balls.

This is the way i encounter my busy days...enrich my food daily... option of eating :i eat bergedil with rice...or another dish with salad, tomato and mayonnaise (or thousand island)........ enjoy!!!

HOW to sustain small business with poping up of mega store such as TESCO... CARREFOUR?

Explanation
So what is the relation of the issue and the topics to be discuss? The answer is very simple...It is money matters..

If you are a successful businessman with the luxury lifestyle maybe you can afford things. Your next aim is a Ferrari... After Ferrari ? Guess what happen to them that open a small business such as selling cake(kuih) or nasi lemak (Malaysian favourite breakfast)...along the road. They does not have luxury lifestyle... sales are depend on daily performance... if its not raining maybe sales will be quite alright... but when its raining .... they maybe effected.. No Ferrari in their mind...of course.

Businessman or Entrepreneur............. During my school days, i learnt that Businessman(peniaga)... is JUST a person that sells products...but entrepreneur(Usahawan) is the person that sells products with injecting invention and extra cool ideas to sell well. So which is the best... If you just sell chicken in the market, you to be called a businessman.... NOT entrepreneur... but if you sells chicken plus injection to invent or create a new way to sell your product sch as via internet instead of just market.. maybe your sales increase and you get more demand... more demand more supply.. basic economics...Then you sustain....
Selling the right ideas or products......... For a person that venture in a business need to understand own capability and creadibility to perform... if you have some skill then sell your skill. if you know how to make delicious cakes... then sell your cake..sell what you know what to do... Do not open a restaurant if you does not know how to cook... That will cause you a lot of problemmo later on....thrust me...
Dilemma of these small businesses with the bureaucracy issue....... This is a hot issue as well... The scenario happen when the small business wants to have permit for their stalls, but it has been delayed for 2 years. How could these things happen? the answer is Bureaucracy... The scenario for the small business in Kuala Lumpur is that they need to enroll into clubs that attached wit the local authority....Then these small stalls can make complaint or urge for their rights! There are a one night market hawker in Kuala LUmpur need to enroll into 20 clubs to sell in various lots of places for business.... but still his rights has not been fight fairly.... and still does not have permit...How is that? The chairman of the clubs sells their permit that get from the local authority...to the foreigner businessman...from Bangladesh.. Myanmar...Indonesia...But the local businessman is not been offered. It is an advantage for the the chairman because they get higher profit because less cost for the foreigner businessman.... and THIS IS TOTALLY NOT FAIR.

the BIG shop kills small shops by selling more products as a one stop. If you go to TESCO.... you actually gets complete needs and wants... from food to clothing to even toys... This is the new way of lifestyle... When i went back to my hometown Klang from Seri Iskandar, Perak ... i realize that there are a lot of new Tesco in Perak.... Almost every town... So if these megastores emerge like mushroom...how can the small shops survive....

So to SUSTAIN AND SURVIVE instead of being businessman they need to be entrepreneur....instead of selling wrong ideas and skill they need to make it right...and lessen or abolish Bureaucracy.it is a trend for people to set up a one stop... which you can get everything in one area.well it make life easier..and i admit that..with the emergence of mega commercial stores needs and wants of a community will change...

Sollution
One stop is a trend nowdays...actually SMALL shops can survive but need to have very unique product and totally different from others.

My sister divorce in 2002... it was not a good history for the family.... it makes mee sad... really sad... i love her so much... but what her EX-husband did to her really make me errrrr.....Thank to ALLAH... she does not have kids... so her divorce was not that complicated..... She tried to save the marriage... but she failed... WHY? Because of that tragedy she does not come home till today.... She suffers...............

That is not just it...there is another case of Why must a beautiful marriage being thorn with miserable lies..... People get married to get children.... to build up happy family.... but... there are still human letting it up as this matter is not important....what do you think the women are? do you think that women are just sex slave?

I'm not here today to brings up woman's right!! but just to share how phobia am i about this issue... well i am trying out to let it out!!

I's always related that men actually does not need to give always solution for women... but sometimes emphathy is enough.... and women please lower down your EGO!!! cause it will hurt you more than what you could imagine ......

I dont have solution for this... it's just for you to think and and to learn. In this world there is nothing impossible...and i think this book could help..........

Introduction

The rapid growth of Malaysia Construction Industry imposes demand of a wide range of infrastructure works, housing development, urban renewal, and reclamation. Due to the booming growth momentum, the problem of corruption is still occurs. The problems are the defects and maintenance, slope failure, abandoned projects, the lack of competencies in project management and construction process management, poor quality culture and system.

Issue
The issue arises when there are defects and maintenance failures. The projects that involve the new Jalan Duta Court, Putrajaya Immigration Complex and Putrajaya slope collapse. Do these problems trigger our mind that there are corruptions within these projects? It may be a false assault to these projects but corruptions do happen in our construction industry. It is due to the fact that corruption is a sensitive and complex issue. Besides, the scale of corruption in nature is difficult to establish.

Explanation

Needless to say, corruption that happens truly, madly, deeply has intruded within the industry. Corruption not only eats your money but also leads to poor quality of construction works. It is more critical when defects can be identified in the early stage and there will be extra budget and time. It eventually leads to higher construction cost. The reputation of company that involve will also be affected due to the corruption happened.

Corruption leads to the poverty of the nation. In achieving civilization we actually are corrupting each other. We do corrupting the nation by bribery, fraud, voluntary or forces and concealment of bribery. These act that leads to corruption in actual fact rotting the construction industry. Corruption is a disadvantage to the developing countries as the project gain unnecessary, defective, unsuitable overprices or which to operate and maintain. Corruption can disadvantage on individual directors as resulting criminal prosecution, fines, imprisonment, the loss of professional status and loss of employment.
There is no use of rapid growth in the construction industry if corruption is still happened.

Attending the talk on ‘Rasuah’ by Badan Pencegah Rasuah on Monday, February 18, 2008 quoted that if there is a lot of crime happening that means there is a lot of bribery. What it is meant is that bribery is like the fingerprint that left by the criminal that commits the crime, but yet the scale of corruption is very hard to establish and it is also a sensitive issue to be discussed.

There will always be lack of competencies in project management and construction process management. The poor quality and system of construction will definitely gives defective effect to the project outcome. Delays are also significant to corruption. This will eventually consume time to running projects. Besides, it also gives the most consequence to the user of the project. Lateness lessens productivity. Hence, the output is not in order and gives economic damage to the nation.

The commonly practice of corruption during Planning and Design Phase, Pre-qualification and Tendering Phase, Project Execution Phase and during Operation and Maintenance Phase resulting in wastage of tender expenses, tendering uncertainty, increase project cost, blackmail, fines, blacklisting and reputation risk. In any of these phases corruption happens with different approaches. Corruption may happen without us noticing it. The process from obtaining a project to the completion of the project has a lot of opportunities to be corrupt. This is due to the irresponsible party that wants to gain more profits from each of the project phases. Due to the fact project price will be inflated.

Solution

Corruption is like a virus that rots the construction industry. By preventing corruption, is as though implanting antivirus and leaves safe environment to us and the surrounding. Sigh of people who live in corruption will not help the construction industry at all. The corruption can be prevented starting from an individual that involve in a project. If the person has the responsibility towards other people and other living things, this problem can be diminish gradually and leads to free corruption world. Imagine living with no corruption on this earth, serenity and peaceful of our environment will be gain. Be truthful to ourselves in implementing projects, hence it will guide to a better living.

This picture is taken from BUTTERFLY EYE VIEW. The topic sounds horny..... What is your perception of this this creature?... Truly from me .... it looks horny. There is a sudden of a creature that has emerge in a city....

No issue.... is just that it reflected how horny this architect can be......

Explanation
The true story is.... Torre Agbar..a magnificent skyscraper.. in Barcelona. It was designed by a French Architect Jean Nouvel in association with the Spanish firm b720 Arquitectos... and this building is owned by Agbar Group.....

Well the idea got from metaphor inspiration...the Montserrat... mountain near Barcelona...and by the shape of a geyser rising into the air.When you look at it... the idea of the geyser is almost there. i guess.

On the right is the picture of Montserrat. the picture taken from Wikipedia... The purpose is to show the comparison between inspiration and realization...When a building inspired by metaphor.... usually hard to describe by the public. Only the architect knows about what it is all about...

Do you really think that it is truly and inspiration... Maybe it is just an idea pop up from the architect's head one morning and than try to win the competition by relating something local...The architect giving and letting his art piece so abstract ..... and hard to interpret.....

That is what always happen ... Well its true when the Maybank tower in Kuala Lumpur is a famous metaphor design that people relates it with 'Keris' (traditional weapon) designed by Hijaz Kasturi famous amous Malaysian Architect... Actually the building did not related to any KERIS, but when people start to relate to it... than the Keris inspiration came in... after the form has been finalised. It was not intended by the architect at all.... information i got from Hijaz Kasturi himself that came to our lecture series in UiTM.

Issue of designing skyscraper is not only by sculpting the sky... it also relates to the environment such as heat gain by reflection on the glass. thus once more one factor of increasing heat to the earth.... How about maintenance issue.... how hard to polish the glasses of the whole building. Look at the detail of Torre Agbar itself... The idea of this building is to give vast reflection of illuminating coloured lights at night..... The effect during the day is so pixelated.. Alright it achieved the geiser inspiration.... But practicality of cleaning?

Designing a buiding is not just aesthetic....do not care about the design looks like a 'condom' in the city but for me a building is a man made ecosystem... we need to relates and assimilate the building with the surrounding.... Torre Agbar implemented the idea of a good ventilated double wall which the technology gives the building stability. How? the ventilated wall decreases the wind load that crosses through the building... Thus it gives stability to the building....

Solution
There are a lot of aspects to adore this building. even though first perception failed Get to know the building better. such as. the aspects.of.services, maintenance, aesthetic, and technology implementd, but the practicality to clean each glass for me is still ridiculous. Apart from that I still admit The 'Condom' detailing is magnificent.

What do you feel when suddenly there are people taking your stuff without telling you. Well that is to soft of giving words for that kind of activity... or maybe stealing .... thieving.... shoplifting... burglary... or robbery... .The consequence is too much.. to much up to the result of death...

Definition

The 'school of thieves' got from stories and own experience while traveling in Barcelona, Spain. They are thieves with trained stealing skills. I was on our architectural Europe Trip 2, and there were two occurrence of theft during our trip and the best part is it was on the same day.

Issue

Nobody likes to be robed especially when the thieves put on innocent faces

Explanation

La Rambla :the crime scene

My colleague's handbag was robed. She did not realised that someone has put their hand inside her bag. Subsequently her handbag was pressed under her armpit but more towards the back of her body. So it was easier for the thieves. She lost her purse with a few Euro and RM200. Luckily you cannot change Malaysian Dollar (Ringgit Malaysia) in spain. But of couse all her identification card were lost. She did a police report
The second time happended in front of my eyes. It was just a few hours we checked in the hostel.It began when,we were heading towards the staircase out from the Metro, my friend felt that sombody has taken his wallet from his TIGHT POCKET JEANS... He suddenly grab that guy , encircle the thief with his hands againts the wall.

" Give back my wallet" 3 X i guesss and we were watching the scene and our heart throbing like hell.

The thief made a very innocent face and act like his not involve. He handed up his hands and showed to us that he did not took it. My friend felt guilty of assaulting him. He left without us suspected anything .

But you know what, my friend's wallet was on the floor where the thief left.It was not just that.... do not feel guilty..... the thief was not alone.we saw the same guy with his so called girlfriend in the Metro when we went for next train interchange.Felt like to give my fist at this couple even though i knew it wont be that powerfull..We thought they were hand in hand but Totally not alone.

We started to analysed the stituation, it was not just two of them, they were in group( 3 people). This was our analysis. At the crime scene there were a guy took the wallet from my friend's pocket. then he passed it on the second guy who my friend encircle towards the wall. Thirdly the girl that act as her girlfriend which came for maybe backup...

This is not by chance or by an accident but by plan and skill that the 'school of thieves' had thought them.... UUUUhhhhh felt so angry... our trip almost not enjoyable. Extra precaution need to be taken... It was not relaxed at all. our eye did not thrust anybody even with an innocent face.Besides we were the most attractive troop in town.

Solution

Do not be so attractive when you are in the foreign country especially which does not have the same hair and eye colour.Do not thrust innocent faces during travelling sometimes they are the king of thieves without you know it........ So Watch OUT

His achievement is so remarkable, up to the extent of Jalan (Street) Parry near to KLCC is named after him;Jalan(Street) P.Ramlee. He is an actor, singer, song writer, and director.... He contributed a lot in the Malaysian entertainment industry....He is a real entertainer..... Even a small kid age 6 years old knows about him...Does not mind which year they are born, but up till today peoples still watching and listening to his art pieces..

Jalan P. Ramlee being abused?

Explanation

Regarding this issue.. As what you know P. Ramlee a man with passion in his career..Thus, by using his name and fame, we must reflect his ability in entertaining people all these years....

Humming his songs will not make you bored... Humming with techno or disco songs on the road name after him....will actually does not turn evergreen i guess...

If you have been to Jalan P. Ramlee,.... what can you see and appreciate? Well, all these years Jalan P. Ramlee has been used as entertainment spot for night clubs, discos, foreign restaurants and a very successful plus entertaining pedestrian pathway, for them who do not enter these clubs.

For me this is sad. All these years we praised P. Ramlee's talent.... this is not how we appreciate him. The road fill with colorful neon lights at nights.. filling up with people socializing and end up with them who throw up due to intoxicated with alcohol.... Maybe, that is how we appreciate P. Ramlee's road!!!

I do not know since when all these bars pop up along the road. The best thing is it is side by side. Well Look at the bright side... with all these bars.. the tourists especially the foreigners love this spot. The sketch that i have made shows how near Jalan P. Ramlee to KLCC(Coloured with blue) and Yes... besides, they can hang out here and appreciate malaysia's climate....(hot and humid)till late at night.They accelerate Malaysian economy. Make malaysia proud and well known tooo.

Solution

I can not ask the Malaysian to band this road... We are multicultural and other races and religion have rights too. Do not relocate Jalan P. Ramlee, pass is pass but the abuse and mistaken development on Jalan P Ramlee should not be repeated.

Introduction

I am actually browsing for pictures while i am in Paris during our architectural Europe Trip II 2007. I wanted to post another topic but this picture struck me and made me questioned....Is it a revenge from the Jew that the war happen between Palestine and Israel? Well the picture was taken in Jewish Museum in Berlin. The museum was designed by Daniel Libeskind... What he wanted to portray is actually the sufferings that the Jews had during world war 2. The question came to me again that, is this the answer of why they commit war to Palestine?

Issue

Everybody hates sufferings .... Not even everybody but anybody....

Explanation

Last night i was doing my lecture notes on chemistry and wanted to find about Aufbau Precess..
While browsing the internet instead of Aufbau process i founded 'Aufbau' . Aufbau is a journal for the Jews all over the world that speaks German. The journal was founded in 1934.The publication is published in New York till 2004. Up to today it is published in Zurich. The original purpose is to include helpful facts for the Jewish refugees that was founded by German Jewish Club.

The knowledge is spread all over the world since 1934... Vengeance could be built since then......I do not know whether it is appropriate to say that , but anything could have happened. But why must they commit the war towards the Palestinians... If they knew that they suffered before why must they hurt or kill someone else. They are also humans.

The interior of the museum already shows that they (Jew) suffered... they are stuck under the rubble of blocks..Must the Palestinians do the same thing...which they suffered during the war and they build a museum out of it ?...

Below is the comparison of sufferings....the picture of the little boy was taken in the internet... a tribute to the photographer.... Do compare... the situation is similar...

Solution

This museum shows world need peace... not revenge.

Introduction

This topic is taken from them who works in architecture line with never ending work for 27hours per day. well this topic interest me because to be in architecture line is NEVER an easy job. Start from studying itself it kills people with the hours of thinking .Spending time in studio with never ending design. ' Design is something no to be finish' ..Why? because to design a building need to have a deep thought analysis and inserting exploration elements in it. That is just not enough.... designing is just the schematic phase not even up to implementation yet.Well after the project completed questions like this will appear :is the end user going to be comfortable in the building? or how about maintanace? all these questions potrays that design hardly to finish even the project is completed.......

Well,, this blog is not a tutorial for architectural practice subject, but this is the basic information for a project... even as simple as a bungalow project .

why neraka-ature..... neraka is a word in bahasa melayu which is actually hell.... and ature is taken from the word architecture... so the word is about the hell architecture.....

Issue

Do we really studied hard just to work like a cow in the office and to finish up things that hardly to get finish.

Explanation
taking architecture into life is interesting because you learn how living things have a life.. starts from opening your eyes, waking up from your bed... till you close it back....at night..... For us to learn about people also not easy.... we need to learn about anthropometrics and ergonomics... study how to understand clients is also a task.... what they like... what they want.... what they feel.... all that we need to take into account....Or even the elements of architecture such as point, line ,volume, datum, proportion, central......and a lot more....

We studied hard to understand all these...and at last we work like a cow.... in the firm... work like nobody's business....day and night in the office... and the best part is your pay is the same ........ and thinking that your bos given the promise to give you bonus at the end of the year.....If you get the bonus then you are lucky... but if not....?????? what can you say... you are not the bos.....

Tought of writing this topic is base on what i feel, see, and hear... Well architecture is someting to be fun... architecture is actually fun... its just sometimes these people does not have a life...

When we work so hard with overlooking your health level ...you will get older earlier... i once have a status in my facebook says that i am getting older 10x earlier.... Working in the firm has already give a lot of stress... up to the extent you do not have time to get clean up... that is so frustrating... with sleepless night for one month... .My mom always nag at me and say go for jog.... and go for exercise... welll i cant... because , my routine of work make me not to do another job....

IF you realized that you have neraka-ature symptom .....better get your life back.... get social....(up to certain limit)... get a hobby maybe... like me i'm starting to write on this blog....do something out of architecture..... like cooking, sewing, wall climbing, tracking, singing....watching.... anything out of architecture... out of what you are doing for living....and a simple advice .......DON'T BRING 'OFFICE' TO YOUR HOME

‘bio-mimicry’ or mimicking the nature is implemented in the proposal of abattoir, cattle trade outlet, and feedlot farm development in Sepang. The development shows the need of encountering issues of standard abattoir design, cleanliness, hygiene, odour, sustainable activities, self sufficiency of Malaysian market and halal market for the world.

The proposal was performed in an effort to develop a commercialized abattoir with the integration of immitating the nature for sustaining the factory process. The abattoir gives it service to slaughter animals in the RUMINANT CATEGORY that are 30 cattle in one session of slaughtering. In the other hand, in delivering the meat products and out front the related government agencies, these activities are commercialized through ‘Cattle Trade Outlet’.

Choosing the site location concerns the proposal as there is no specified structure plan for abattoir. Concerning to that matter of producing quality product, the site chosen is located at the outskirt of KLIA, This is due to the fact that it is in the zone of agriculture and the needs of a conducive abattoir in the state, and sufficient products for the community.

The abattoir is design as such to sustain the factory process by integrating the rain water harvesting, industrial waste filtration and air filtration as to encounter severe contamination of water ways with urine and silage leachates. It is concerning the discharge waste water contains high BOD, COD, suspended solids and ammonical nitrogen. Thus, bio-mimicry on BUILDINGS SHOULD be implemented in the future DEVELOPMENT, so that it will help to solve problems on severe POLLUTION.
